My biggest gripe is the time it takes to set the reminders, why not have a feature in settings where you can set your defaults. For some reason Google Calendar defaults do not overide either so even by setting say and SMS reminder in google as a default, it will not kick in unless you go through the arduos task of setting a reminder in Cloud.
Still a great app though. i agree that it is so close to kicking Ass it’s not funny.

I don’t think this is a new thing. Plenty of devices and apps can sync changes — especially for contacts/calendar — in the background, so I definitely do think that syncing in the foreground and blocking access to the rest of the application in the mean time is a drawback.
