Reuters is reporting that after first being sued by Apple for “copying” the look and feel of the Apple’s iOS devices, Samsung has returned fired with their own patent suit. These suits are being filed against Apple in South Korea, Japan and Germany. Reportedly five patent infringement claims are being pushed on Apple, but few details about what those patents entail, are available yet.
Just like the ongoing legal battle with Nokia, it will be safe to say, that this is going to be a long, long fight.
