Bloomberg is reporting that federal court has filed suit against Apple regarding privacy concerns over location information being tracked and stored in iOS.

Apple Inc. (AAPL) was sued for alleged privacy invasion and computer fraud by two customers who claim the company is secretly recording and storing the location and movement of iPhone and iPad users, according to a federal complaint filed today in Tampa, Florida.
Hear me now, believe me later. This is going to cause Apple a lot of trouble, just as antennagate did after the iPhone 4 launch. It’s a strawman, and the media, and politicians looking for red meat, will jump all over this.
