Fring – one of the leading and long-established VoIP and chat apps for iOS (and other mobile platforms) – got a pretty major update last week.
The biggest addition is support for group video calls, allowing up to four people at a time on a video call.
Fring does free video calls over 3G, WiFi, or even 4G if you can get it, as well as free calls to other Fring users, and free live chat.
The new group video calling feature has been added to iOS and Android devices – so you’ve got access to all those millions of other users on both platforms when trying to find three other people to video chat with. ![]()
You can find Fring in the App Store now, and it’s still a free app.
