Notesy 2.0 preview screenshots for iPhone and iPad

David Findlay recently released some preview screenshots of Notesy 2.0 , one of the rootinest tootinest Dropbox-based text editors for iOS (review). There are actually a whole slew of screenshots of 2.0 on the Notesy website, but the one embedded above, shown in lovely Solarized Light, does a pretty good job of summarising the highlights.

I’ve been beta testing Notesy 2.0 for a few weeks now and am looking forward to the public release. The app has gotten a lot more powerful as of late, and although the iPhone version is still a fair bit ahead of the iPad, it still amazes me that $2.99 nets users both versions (since Notesy is a universal app).

I don’t have any information about a release date for 2.0, but I’m assuming it won’t be long now, since it was Dave himself who released these teaser screenshots.
