I’ve always thought that the PhotoForge ($2.99) managed to out-Photoshop even the official Photoshop app, but the PhotoForge 2 preview that was posted yesterday is just a whole other story. The app has gotten a complete overhaul with new upload features, a much prettier UI, support for layers, and now looks mind-blowingly awesome.
There’s no actual release date yet, but the PhotoForge 2 announcement page does hint that the app will be released some time in the next two weeks, and that the app will be a new purchase.
