I like the way that Paul Haddad, developer at Tapbots, decided to announce the release of this 1.1 update:
An Apple mailbot just told me I should stop getting request for Landscape mode soon…
Lo and behold, he was right. The latest update to Tweetbot ($1.99) does, indeed, feature landscape support (for web/compose/media) alongside CloudApp support for images and video, and a couple of bug fixes.
I want to add that I wasn’t a huge fan of Tweetbot when it first came out. It was a lot of fun, as Tapbots software always is, but I wasn’t sure if I’d actually take to it as a day-to-day client on my iPhone. Fast forward a few weeks and it’s still the only Twitter app on my home screen. If you’ve been waiting on Tweetbot landscape and better CloudApp support, now is a great time to jump on board the bandwagon.
