Read It Later for iPhone and iPad: Now Supports Multi-Page Articles

Read It Later (currently $2.99; Free version also available) received a pretty cool little update recently: the ability to stitch multi-page articles together so that you can scroll through them seamlessly. I’m not a current Read It Later user myself, but I’m giving the service another shot because this functionality is still missing from Instapaper (though you can use Safari Reader to stitch articles for Instapaper).

I tried RIL’s stitching out quickly on a long Ars Technica article and it worked beautifully on the text, though some of the pictures ended up strewn out in some funky alignments.

The best thing about this whole update, however, is that it’s all server side. No app update needed.
