This is one heck of a cool demo, of a new touch-free technology that will let users operate iPads and iPhones (and other devices) with simple hand gestures, without actually touching the device.

If this gets implemented for use alongside multitouch on mobile devices, that’s really going to feel even more like The Future when using our iDevices.
