I had my phone replaced as it had a dodgy home button and have tested this and can vouch that it works

I looked over the materials and slides on Apple’s site after the keynote, and there was absolutely no mention of video in any of the iCloud sections. It was only mentioned under the local WiFi Sync to your computer.
