Apple Clarifies It’s Case Against Amazon Appstore

As you may remember, Apple has filed suit against Amazon, over the use of the term “appstore”. That is, Amazon launched the Amazon Appstore for Android applications, and Apple doesn’t like them using the term “appstore.” Now, Apple is clarifying its case against Amazon- they fear it is tarnishing their brand to be associated with the “inferior” Amazon Appstore.
