Half of All iPhones Brought to Genius Bar Have Never Been Synced
A recent report claims that half of all iPhones brought to Apple’s Genius Bars, after the initial sync, have not been synced since. That means, when something goes wrong, customers lose their data. iCloud aims to fix this, and according to the report, Genius Bar workers can’t wait.
