Still do not have serial numbers for Cockpit or Renamer, which is why I purchased it. I even refered several friends. How long does one have to wait for a serial number, I wonder? I have written to FastSpring but no answer. Guess I’ll have to place a complaint with PayPal and my credit card company.

There is NO mention that anyone need to purchase something before receiving anything. At least, not until after the purchase. Does it not say, 19 apps for an insane price? It does not say 16 apps.
