Lodsys has asked the court to delay on an answer as to whether Apple can intervene in the ongoing patent dispute Lodsys is waging against iOS developers. Remember, Lodsys is a patent-holdings company suing a handful of iOS (and Android) developers over the use of in-app purchases, and links to other downloads.
