In what is likely to be the final dot update to Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard, Apple pushed out update 10.6.8 to the general public late last week. Of course, this update is recommended to all users by Apple, and can be obtained through Software Update, which is located in the Apple Menu.
The update fixes a number of bugs, such as an issue that may cause Preview to quit unexpectedly, while also offering some enhancements such as better IPv6 support. For the complete release notes, see here, and here.
For end-users, the update is around 500MB in size, with the server version of the update weighing in around 550MB.
