Apple Production Just Now Catches Up with iPad 2 Demand

Only four or so months after it’s debut, Apple has finally caught up with demand of the iPad 2. At last, Apple’s online store shows shipping timeframes for all models at “1-3 business days”.

It’s minor news, but it’s been a long time coming. Remember, when the device first launched, there was a 4-5 week shipping lead time, due to high demand. Over the following weeks and months, the shipping timeframe fell closer and closer to it’s normal “within 24hrs.”

After waiting what seems like an eternity, you now no longer have to wait what seems like an eternity to receive an iPad 2.
