TSMC Begins Trial Production Run of Apple A6 Processor

Reuters is reporting that TSMC, a Taiwanese manufacturer, is in the midst of a trial production run of Apple’s A6 system-on-chip. Apple is reportedly shifting production from Samsung, due to competition, to a non-competing company such as TSMC. [Read More]

Both Samsung and LG Quality Testing iPad-Ready ‘Retina’ Displays

ITC Rules In Favor of Apple in HTC Case

A judge in the US International Trade Commission ruled in favor of Apple in regards to the HTC patent infringement case. Specifically, the judge ruled that HTC had violated two out of the possible twenty patents Apple is holding over HTC’s head. HTC has since stated that they will appeal the decision. [Read More]
