HTC Fires Back with Their Own Suit Against Apple, Targets Both iOS and Macs

The suit encompasses three [1,2,3] patents involving things like multipoint-to-point communications, and method for order wire modulation- whatever those are.

At any rate, HTC seeks to halt the importation and sale of infringing Apple products in the United States, along with monitory and other damage compensations.

Remember, Apple pulled the trigger on this one first. They filed suit against HTC back in March of 2010, with the International Trade Commission just last month ruling in favor of Apple in the case. So it seems this battle is far from over.
