Apple is now offering refurbished iPad 2s on their online store as of today. That said, they are only offering $50 off of brand-new model price, and only a handful of models are available at this time.
The models currently available at the refurbished price are:
64GB Wi-Fi Model in both colors for $649. 32GB Wi-Fi+3G both in white and black and AT&T and Verizon for $679. 64GB Wi-Fi+3G in both white and black and AT&T and Verizon for $779.
Of course, these refurbished models carry the same warranty and return policy that new units carry. They also have new batteries and casings, so you’ll never know it’s been pre-used. Orders will ship within 1-3 weeks, as of the time of this writing.
