Apple Claiming that Android Framework is “Inspired” by Andy Rubin’s Work
It is being reported that in Apple’s case against HTC, a newly-filed brief describes the “real-time signal processing” API, as being developed by a team of engineers at Apple that included Andy Rubin, who is now an executive at Google.
