Apple Claiming that Android Framework is “Inspired” by Andy Rubin’s Work
It is being reported that in Apple’s case against HTC, a newly-filed brief describes the “real-time signal processing” API, as being developed by a team of engineers at Apple that included Andy Rubin, who is now an executive at Google. This API was patented by Apple, and is what the company is accusing HTC of infringing upon. This is going to get a lot more messy before it gets better. [Read More]
