While North America was sleeping, Apple rolled out new online stores for four new countries in the middle east and Europe. These countries include the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, and the United Arab Emirates.

With these new stores, Apple now operates online stores in 38 countries, several of which offer their goods in more than one language. Obviously, the biggest advantage here is that customers in those countries can now purchase directly from Apple, and now have better access to the company’s services.
In other Apple Retail news, the company has officially announced that they will indeed be opening their giant new Hong Kong store located in the IFC Mall, this Saturday, September 24th, at 9:00AM. The company has even set up a retail page ahead of the opening.

Lastly, Apple has announced that they will be opening their Nanjing East store in Shanghai this Friday, September 23rd. This will be Apple’s fifth store in China, and third in Shanghai. The store will have a ground floor for customers, a second floor for training and support, and three more floors for business customers and Apple’s Chinese operations staff.
