Alongside the announcement of Apple’s iPhone 4S, the company also announced pricing shifts for the existing iPhone 4 and iPhone 3GS.
As one would expect, the iPhone 4 will now come only in an 8GB variant for $99, in both white and black, and will be offered on AT&T and Verizon networks. Plus, according to Apple’s website, Sprint will also be offering the iPhone 4.

As for the 8GB iPhone 3GS, it will be offered for free to AT&T customers, upon signing the two-year service contract. Not too shabby for a two and a half year old device, and someone looking to join the iPhone family. Then again, it is a two and a half year old device.
Needless to day, the iPhone 4S will sell for $199 for the 16GB model, $299 for the 32GB model, and $399 for the hefty new 64GB variant. This applies across all three carriers.
