After yesterday’s introduction, I’m sure a few of you wondered when you could preorder the new iPhone 4S. Yes, Apple stated preorders would begin on October 7th, but when? As in, what time?
Now we have an answer- Preorders will begin at 12:01AM PDT on the 7th. It’s currently unclear as to whether these preorders stand for just US customers, or all seven countries (US, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, and UK) that will be getting the device on October 7th.
After the device launches on October 14th, it will become available in 22 more countries by the end of the month. These countries include: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
Fire up the coffee pot and your credit cards.
