Someone who feels the same way I do! I can finally afford the iPhone by myself. I’ve had Sprint before and they were awesome to me! I feel like they’re legit trying and some people need to give them a chance. I completely get where you’re coming from. It’s not stupid, it’s just who we are. Sometimes we like to help. If it doesn’t work out, I change networks in a year or two; No big deal. And it’s also a bet for me, because if they discontinue their unlimited service like everyone else has, then we will get grandfathered in! I feel as if a company who wants to compete and wants to be on top, is going to try harder to please their customers… Completely agree.

I’ve used them for years and get strong signal, good data service, good voice quality, and great value. Their stores are pretty good at helping you when you have problems, and knowing that I’m paying about 40% less for the same thing that my friends pay on other carriers makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

I wouldn’t say they “bend over backwards,” but their customer service is much improved over three years ago, and they have never left me hanging the few times I’ve needed help.

Why pay more?

Please keep us up-to-date on that belief over the coming years to see if that belief pans out!
