In many of those 22 new countries, Apple has now begun taking pre-orders for the iPhone 4S today. The new launch countries include: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

On the downside though, is the fact that Apple does not operate an online store in all of the countries that the company is preparing to launch the iPhone 4S. So that means unlocked iPhone 4S’ are are only available in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. Anyone else looking to pre-order the iPhone will have to contact their local network providers, and hope that they can/will preorder one for you.
