iPhone 4S Makes It’s Way to 22 New Countries, Ships in 1-2 Weeks

The countries included in this round of releases are: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

Here is where things get a little thorny. Not all of the 22 countries in this launch will be able to purchase the iPhone 4S online from Apple. Plus, this is only for unlocked devices. Customers looking to buy a subsidized model will have to go through their local carrier. Apple also quotes a 1-2 week shipping estimate on the device.
