Apple has released iOS 5.01, a 55 megabyte over-the-air update that, amongst other things, promises to fix the battery issues that are plaguing some iPhone 4S owners.
To update your iPhone from iOS 5 to iOS 5.01, simply go to Settings –> General –> Software Update. Note that some people are reporting that it is not yet showing as available for them just yet – so if you are told that you have the latest version already, try again a little later.
