Rockstar Announces Release Date for Grand Theft Auto III for iPad

Rockstar games has announced the release date and pricing of Grand Theft Auto III for iOS and Android devices. This release coincides with the tenth anniversary of the game and will cost $4.99 and be released on December 15th.

There are also a list of devices that the game will run on. The list of compatible iOS devices include: Both the iPad and iPad 2, iPhone 4 and 4S, and 4th Generation iPod Touch.

I was never a fan of the Grand Theft Auto franchise prior to the release of Grand Theft Auto IV. I’m now looking forward to the release of Grand Theft Auto V. Believe it or not, I’ve never played Grand Theft Auto III, but at that price, and with compatibility with my favorite devices, I’ll be sure to grab a copy.
