While you’re a bit jaded, or might we say jilted, and some of your accusations might be somewhat reckless, your basic point (that the App store is not a ‘fair market’ and is in fact a ‘managed store’ is certainly right!

Seriously, have you not figured out yet the App Store is a TOTAL CON?

99% of the Reviews, good or bad, are Fake.

The Lists on the App Store, not just Staff Favorites, but What’s Hot, New, Top 200, etc. are ALL TOTALLY manipulated.

Successful Apps have ‘investors’ who are all ‘in’ together.

Keywords result lists are in order of who is ‘chosen’ to be promoted.

There is very, very little going on which could be considered in the old days as ‘honest’.

Why on earth would it surprise you that a frog being eaten by a goose might try to save itself on the way down?
