My daughter has an iPhone 3gs and her boyfriend updated her phone to 6.1.3 and the phone was jailbroken before he updated, my question is, is it still jailbroken?

Hey guys, just wanted some opinions on your favorite iPad apps. There are many sites that have top ten or so apps but I wanted to hear some “real” feedback.
