Apple’s World Wide Developer Conference is right around the corner. As a result, they just updated their WWDC app for 2014. If you have a developer account, now you can follow each of the session videos even if you can’t make it to San Francisco. In addition, with the app you can also
- Stream current and previous videos
- Start watching a video on one iOS device and then continue on another
- Keep up with all the times and locations for all your sessions and labs
- Keep track of all of your “favorite” sessions
- Stay informed of the latest WWDC news and view photo galleries
- Provide feedback
- Check in to WWDC via Passbook
Since the Conference is still a couple weeks off Apple looks like they are having a little fun with the session schedule with descriptions like “You’ll Find out in a Few Days” and “We still Really Can’t Say.”
What do you think Apple has in store for the conference this year? Will we mostly see software refreshes for iOS 8 and OS X 10.10, or will we finally have some new hardware announcements to look froward to? Only time will tell. I for one can’t wait!
