Apple is reported to be announcing the iPhone 6 at a scheduled media event on Tuesday, September 9th, with the release of iOS 8 and the launch of the iPhone 6 the following week. As we quickly approach that timeline, there has been an increased flurry of leaked photos depicting numerous hardware pieces.
Today’s photos were brought to us by @SonnyDickson, who has had a reasonable track record when it comes to leaking parts for iOS devices. This is the purported rear casing of the iPhone 6 (4.7″) with part of the recessed antenna missing, and what appears to be a camera lens protruding out of the shell. Hopefully the final product will me more polished, but these photos closely resemble other photos we have seen in the last month.
