This afternoon Apple introduced two new iPads–the iPad Air 2 and the iPad mini 3. Here’s what’s new with the latest iPad refresh…
The new iPads are thinner and lighter than ever before. The iPad Air 2 is now 18% thinner than the last iteration, measuring in at a ridiculously thin 6.1 mm. Hard to believe it is now half the thickness as the original iPad when it was announced.

- M8 processor
- 8 mp camera now with burst mode
- Camera can now take time-lapse and panoramic pictures
- Optically bonded display with zero gap
- Anti-reflective coating display
- Better battery life
- Addition of Gold color option
